--INTRO--

Game Jam theme was "Light is the Enemy" so a race against time before the sunrise seemed fitting....

Play Katerina, a vampire, and complete the task at hand before sunrise or burn in the sunlight of a million hells.

--GAME LAUNCH INSTRUCTIONS--

Extract the game .zip file into any directory.
Run the file Darknest.exe

--CONTROLS--

WASD - Move / Walk
SPACE BAR - Jump
LEFT CLICK - Melee Attack
RIGHT CLICK - Offhand Attack (Must equip from inventory first)
I key - Open / Close Inventory (Click an item to use/equip it)
F key - Interact with objects and open doors

--KNOWN BUGS--

- RECOMMEND TO NOT PROCEED IN ANY CUTSCENES OR MAKE INTERACTIONS DURING A VOICE OVER SOUND LIKE NPC CHATTER... THEY WILL OVERLAP.... JUST LET CUTSCENE VOICEOVERS PLAY THROUGH BEFORE PROCEEDING A CUTSCENE!!!!

- Equipping a skill item will destroy the currently equipped skill (Fang / Fireball) instead of returning it to the inventory. (Easy fix: Make it relocate to player and drop back in world)

- Damage Boosting effect is possible during player jump and recieving damage in air....knock back effects need adjusted in various situations

- Voice Acting sound effects by CyberRezNov were not normalized at full volume like the other sounds in the game (SORRY CYBER) this is fixed in editor, but cooked project contains the volume bug :(
